I was in town with a total of 7 family members and we really wanted to go to the Washington monument. We are not early risers and DC was a little tricky for us to navigate so when I found out about No Line Waiters, I had to try it. The date I wanted to visit was sold out. I had seen in another review that someone had reached out directly, so I thought why not give it a try. I am SO GLAD I did because I was able to get tickets for the day after the original date I wanted to go (and the site also said that it was sold out). The customer service at No Line Waiters was phenomenal. They didn’t over promise and made sure they actually had tickets before they had me book. They also texted me the tickets as well as emailed and provided clear instructions on how to visit the monument. I als received a guidebook which was fun for the history buffs in our group. I highly recommend booking with No Line Waiters if you aren’t an early riser, find DC tricky to navigate, or have little ones with you. Would definitely book again. Thank you for a great experience!
